Our trainers have a well-founded subject-specific education as physiotherapeutic teacher, certified sports teacher, fitness instructor, as well as gymnastics teacher and aerobics instructor.
You have been working in the LADY FITNESS CENTER for over 21 - 18 - 15 - and 14 years.Individual training plans as well as care and motivation are a matter of course.
The focus here is the targeted strengthening and strengthening of the back, in order to achieve optimal prevention and freedom from pain.
The LADY-FITNESS-CENTER offers back exercises and cervical spine exercises to strengthen the back.
You can relax in 3 saunas with color light therapy, in the infrared heat cabins and in several relaxation rooms, as well as in the tanning studio, in the deep heat, and in the roller impulse and band studio.
